Mr. Kochman was admitted to practice in New York in 1977 and in Florida in 1979. His experience includes working in large New York City law firms, managing an estate planning and administration department of a major New York City financial institution and managing the Florida offices of two national law firms. Mr. Kochman concentrates his practice on assisting individuals and their families in structuring their estate plans and administering their estates. He has also represented both purchasers and sellers of some of the most prestigious homes in Palm Beach. Mr. Kochman advises many law firms in New York City and the surrounding metropolitan area on Florida issues. Ms. Ziska was admitted to practice in Florida in 1996. She concentrates her practice in the areas of high-end residential real estate transactions (including acquisitions and dispositions), zoning and land use, and leasing and finance. She has extensive experience in representing property owners in Palm Beach, Florida in obtaining government approvals in connection with the construction and renovation of high-end residential property.
